1. Directory Scope & Platform Role
SignShop USA (localsignshops.com) provides an informational directory network linking prospective commercial sign buyers with independent sign companies, CNC fabricators, and crane installers. SignShop USA is not an employer, general contractor, or agent of listed shops.
2. Contractor Listings & Submissions
Sign contractors submitting business profiles warrant that all information (licensing, insurance, addresses, project photos) is authentic and compliant with municipal advertising regulations. We reserve the right to verify, edit, or delist businesses failing our standards.
3. Project Estimates & Contracts
Estimates produced by our interactive calculator are for planning and preliminary budgeting purposes only. Actual fabrication, installation, permitting, and engineering fees are negotiated directly between the customer and the selected sign contractor.
4. Intellectual Property
The SignShop USA name, logos, website layout, database compilation, and interactive simulators are protected by intellectual property laws. Contractor trademarks and project portfolio imagery remain the property of their respective owners.
